What is Melasma?

Use a sun block cream every day.

Consume foods containing antioxidants in your diet; broccoli, spinach, tomatoes and red pepper.

Start to take care of your Melasma or skin discoloration with a gentle exfoliation followed by a moisturizer with natural ingredients.

You can also use a biological skin care lotion that will inhibit and get rid of the problem. It is known that any cream that contains Rumex Extract (natural pigment reducer) is effective for hyper pigmentation problems.
